Hi Friends,
Thanks for all the love and support you gave me for my role of Leela Bhabhi in Baa Bahu Baby serial... It has been quite an experience and I have enjoyed every bit of it as much as some of you have done as audiences.... This is to thank you all for your very generous love and adulation....It's been 4 years now for BBB and I have decided to move on and would not continue with it in the coming season... But I am going to be back with something new and exciting soon after this much needed break...
Do keep in touch, with time on my hand , I would be able to connect with you now....

Please reconsider your decision..
I used to watch only two shows on TV-- BBB and remote control, But I felt quite sad that the show remote control was a left in between because of the weak channel and all hard work of artists went into the drain...Now I dont want that to happen with BBB...then my TV viewing will come to a standstill!
wer watchin t serial regularly thn u wud notice tat my character was going nowhre.in fact it had become quite silly ,lost complete direction.atleast wen vaishali was there gud tracks had come of mine...did u notice that in t last year or more there was not a single track o mine? yess i was there everywhere bt for others.theres no harm in doing that because u cant have focus on just 1 character in bbb. all r very gud n equally imp.bt 4 how long? t feelin was ...like ye hai na kar legi.. that is sahd...there was no growth even in t new season..i cant keep on provin that i can act.. even after puttin my life in this role n livin it 4 4 yrs .. now u tell me . what shud i have dne..

I was expecting Jagruti teacher to marry pravin...and i thought that that leela-pravina thing would be back as the character of jagruti teacher appeared quite similar to pravina...but it was very strange to know that BBB2 will focus on young gen.....so all expectations gone in Drain.
I am surprised tht u r leaving the show, i agree to dhruv first Vaishali Thakkar left n now u... BBB going on a seasonal break itself was a shocking news and now one of the most lovable character would be replaced, I think no one can carry Leela Bhabhi's character better than you, It has been noticed that TRP always go down if one main character is replaced, I wont ask you to change your plans but would love to see leela bhabhi as Lubna Salim next time, no lubna no BBB

Everyone has said that they will miss u .. u should come back but i know you won't change your decision. I just want to tell u dat i see this show daily on youtube(repeat) after coming back from office.
I loved the pair of leela and pravina like anything.
I miss that pair a lot .
i will not see the new series for sure but will continue watching the same.

Please be back there. the show looks so dull without u being there. N can u plz tell me if I want to meet you, when can I do so in London? Do you come to London? I m just your fan. I used to see Ek packet Umeed as well n liked ur acting performance so much.. Just as a fan I wanna meet you once n wanna take ur autographs.

I read all the comments after posting my own comment n came to knwo that ur decision was taken long back. n u were tired of monotonous work n i agree... but u n Vaishali were great pair in the show.. BBB -Vaishali + Lubna now... = zero.. there are versatile actors like Sarita Joshi, Suchita Trivedi n Deven Bhojani.. still the show has lost the main charm of kitchen talks n masti of leela n praveena.. the new actress is trying her best bust can't reach even near to what ur performance was.. i really miss u a lot. i live in London n BBB was the only show i used to watch (on youtube of course), n I used to enjoy u n Vaishali a lot on the show. I miss u a lot.. I am now waiting for ur new Avtar on small or big screen.. wanna see ur perfomance.. I really wish to meet u guys sometimes.

Absolutely loved you on BBB and I often go on YouTube to Watch the episodes that had your personal storyline and I understand your decision to quit the show. Your character was not going anywhere.
But I am not only a loyal viewer of BBB but a loyal fan of yours too. So I would love be kept updated about your up and coming projects so that I could have a look at you in different avatars and not only appreciate you as Leela bhabhi but as lubna Salim too.

I am Yasir from Pakistan. I just settled in Canada with my family (wife and a 6 year old kid). We used to watch Baa Bahoo aur Baby in Pakistan. We all loved this serial there. In Canada there is a device called Jadoo Tv in which all the new and old dramas are already recorded and we can watch at any time. One day my wife called me in the store where I work and told me that she found Baa Bahoo aur Baby and she is watching it. I didn't give much response to that. When I went back home and started watching that serial I felt that I am getting involved in that house. I started loving each and every character.I started crying with the people of the house and laughing with you all.I think I can't express my feelings but all the time now even when I am on work I think about all the people of the house. I feel happy when its the time of going home because I will watch Baa Bahoo aur Baby. I love Baa, Gattu, You, Pravina Bhabhi, Meenakshi Bhabhi, Mota Bhai, Pravin Bhai, Subodh Bhai, Harshat Bhai.Yesterday I watched when you pepople came to know that Somail is suffering from Brain Tumor. I cried so much. I really want to come to India and meet as many people of the character as I can. Here some of my co-workers are also from India and they are from Hyderabad. I talked to them about you all and the serial but amazingly they don't know about that. They said that they haven't heard about you people. I was really sad to hear this. But I will definitely come to India after I get my Canadian passport and will meet you at your theater Insha Allah. I am in love with you all people and I can't tell this to anyone because may be they will declare me psycho or mad. But definitely I want to meet you and praise you. First of all, congratulations to you on such wonderful work every where. Your role in BBB was such a wonder that your absence for once filled in a weird hatred into the hearts of many. Those intricately expressive eyes, and carefully mastered blushing at "Hema Malini" compliment was just unparalleled and deeply missed when you left. But obviously, the best of the things can not last forever.
While if you ask any fan, he would say you should come back into that role. But just like actors from another show (that I loved as much as BBB) F.R.I.E.N.D.S, your decision was timely and wise! Hope to see more of such iconic roles from you soon..

I started watching BBB 2 years ago on hotstar and i have fallen in love with everyone on the show i feel no one can perform as well as you for the role of leela bhabhi yesterday i watched the episodes of praveena bhabhi's death and i cried all night and my eyes are have sunken now all those roles are legends nobody can replace the actors the story should move on i know and you wanted a break so i support your decision i can say that in versatility you guys make a top list one position shared by many and i add sanaya irani and rati pandey to this list too in my heart you will will always be the innocent but sometimes baa se darnewali badi bahu, the caring but sometimes slippy tongue jethani, cheery fun loving saheli, affectionate mummy(for dimpleand jigar) and babu(for mehul, mitali, chaitali, saloni, saumil, manav), the bhabhi who understands the problem of her devar just by looking at them, charubala se ladnewali but in times support karne wali bhabhi and baby's bhabhi but more like a mother- Leela Arvind Thakkar
